📱 PikMyKid Dismissal Reminder

We’ve had a great first week using PikMyKid for student dismissal! Thank you to our families for helping us make dismissal safer and more efficient.

We ask all families to take a moment to check two things in the app:

1️⃣ Check your child’s default dismissal mode.
Please make sure it is correct. Unless you schedule a change, your child’s default dismissal mode is what we will use each day. (see picture for reference)

2️⃣ Check your approved pickup contacts.
If someone other than the two primary adults on your child’s account will be picking them up, please make sure that person is added as a contact and delegated as a pickup for that day. (See 2nd picture for reference)

🚨 This is especially important if your child will be riding home with another student!

And don’t worry—our traditional checkout options are still available! If you ever need assistance, you can always walk up and speak with an administrator in the parking lot at dismissal.

Thank you for helping us keep dismissal safe, organized, and efficient for everyone! 💙🐾

Parents, at 2:20 each day, you'll be able to "announce" your arrival on the Pik-My-Kid app. Please "announce" your arrival so that we will know which students to send out to the parking lot at dismissal. Any student that is not announced will have to be checked out in person with the Admin staff stationed on the sidewalks in the parent parking lot.

CCMS is excited to begin using our new dismissal app, PikMyKid!

Thank you for your patience as we worked through some data syncing issues during setup. We are now ready to begin implementation and will gradually roll out the app over the next several days. Our goal is to have the system fully operational for all families by next week.

Please review the attached parent guide to create your account and connect your student(s) before we begin full implementation.

Important: Student accounts are linked to the phone numbers listed in Infinite Campus for Guardian 1 and Guardian 2. If you are unable to connect your student to your PikMyKid account, please contact the school office. We will be happy to review your information and make any necessary corrections.

Thank you for your cooperation as we implement this new system to help make dismissal safer and more efficient for our students and families.
